Under MIDH/NHB, cold rooms and ripening chambers get 35% (50% in hilly/NE areas), polyhouses, small nurseries and pack houses get 50%, and mushroom and beekeeping get 40% — but on the government cost norm. If you spend more than the norm, the subsidy is only up to the norm. A 5 MT ripening chamber (₹5 lakh) gets about ₹1.75 lakh.
