Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the utkrishi.com website, our WhatsApp number, masterclasses and all Utkrishi services. These are run by Eldew Digital Private Limited ("we", "us").

What we collect

• What you give us — name, mobile number, village/district, the business you are interested in, and documents you share for a report or loan file.
• Payments — handled by payment partners such as Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank account numbers.
• Website use — pages viewed, device and browser type. This comes from tools like Google Analytics and cookies.

How we use it

• To contact you and answer your questions
• To prepare your project report, loan file or other service
• To tell you about masterclasses and updates (you can opt out any time)
• To improve the website and our services

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it with a bank, supplier or trainer only when you agree. Service providers who help us (payments, WhatsApp messaging, hosting) get only what they need to do their job. We may share information with authorities when required by law.

Security and how long we keep it

We keep your information on secure servers and allow access only to people who need it. We keep it only as long as needed for the service or required by law.
